| Description | The Great Alaskan Marathon Cruise is designed with every type of runner and walker in mind! You'll actively explore the Last Frontier with your own two feet, and take on the challenge of racing in Juneau, Sitka, and Ketchikan in a unique staged marathon. Every event is well marked, safe and by the end of the week you'll complete a marathon distance (26.2 miles) and earn a big honkin' Penguin Medal! Along the way, John and Jenny will teach you how to become a better runner or walker and keep you entertained throughout the week. It's a great time for all - we hope to see you there! Guests of the Great Alaskan Marathon Cruise will enjoy a staged race marathon, in which they'll run/walk a different mileage length in each port to include road, trail and deck races.
