Instructions for Registering
Please read all of these instructions before beginning the registration process.

1. From Home Page, go to pull down of themes types, select any of the listed themes.
2. If you are new to this site, Go to Register and complete the form. Be sure to retain the user name and password for future usage as this is how you will access this listing or add future listings.
3. If you already have a cruise listed on this site, we have already registered your agency or organization in order to get started. Go to the Login section and complete the form. You should have received an e-mail with your user name and temporary password. (Which you will have the option of changing.) If you did not receive this e-mail, please use the Contact Us link to let us know and we will forward this information to you.
4. Regarding the e-mail address you use to register, be sure to use an address which you check frequently and which is associated with theme cruises. As you will see on the listing section, when people request information the e-mail generated will go to the address you are listing here. Since most agencies will be listing multiple cruises or sailing dates, the subject line will contain the specifics of the cruise which is being inquired about.
5. Click OK and you are ready to begin your listing.

Instructions for Logging In once Registered

1. From Home Page, go to pull down of themes types, select any of the listed themes.
2. Fill in the login and password and you are ready to go!

Instructions for Listing Theme Cruises

1. VERY IMPORTANT! Go to the main Home Page and select the appropriate theme for your cruise - be careful here as once a cruise is listed under a theme type you cannot change the theme type. Just above the listings, there will be an area which reads Home > Art Lover (or appropriate theme) so that you can check your listing.
2. Click: Submit Ad
3. Filling in Fields (Note that each field must be completed)

• Title should be 5-6 words, the name or brief description
• Picture - here you can upload a small, low res photo or logo. This item should not exceed more than 5 inch x 7 inch in size or it will be rejected. You can right click your logo or photo from your web site and save it to your desktop, then hit browse and double click the link. If you can't find anything appropriate, consider going to Google Images and typing in your subject matter, there are usually a lot of appropriate low res images to choose from.
• Description - this is the area where you can tell people about your cruise. We do not suggest more than 300 words.
• Sponsored by - select Private if the group is a portion of the ship, or Charter if you have chartered the entire vessel.
• Sail Date - include the sailing date exactly as shown.
• Length - include the length of the cruise in nights
• Itinerary - this should be a one or two word description, not the day-by-day itinerary. (i.e. Caribbean or Eastern Caribbean; NOT Miami to San Juan, St. Thomas, etc...)
• Cruise Line - For search purposes we suggest the whole name of the cruise line, not initials or abbreviated versions (i.e. Holland America Line, NOT HAL or Holland). If the vessel is a private yacht , then type in Private Yacht.
• Ship - list the whole name of the ship, especially since many ships have similar names (i.e. Mariner of the Seas, NOT Mariner)
• Web Site - copy the entire URL from the main page of the appropriate web site. If you have multiple sailings or cruises, use the URL specifically from the main page of each individual cruise. The URL can be as long as needed, we will convert it to a hot link during the approval process. Make sure that you have the complete URL or people won't be able to find your site!
• Phone number - exactly as indicated.

Review the information and make sure it looks OK, then click OK just once.

At this point, you have 3 options:

1. You can load in another cruise. If so, remember to go back to the home page and select the appropriate theme heading. If your next cruise is under the same heading as the previous cruise, you can skip this step.
2. If you feel that the cruise you just listed can be included under more than one heading, you can go back and re-list under another heading.
3. Log out - you're done!

Note that all cruise listings are subject to approval. Approval is only for the purposes of preventing inappropriate words or phrases, or general misrepresentations, and not for any other reason. This process will occur typically within 24 hours of submitting your cruise.

Important Notes:

1. Each listing will remain in place for 180 days from the date of sign up. You will have the ability to cancel the listing if the cruise doesn't work or sells out. Or, at 180 days, you will receive an e-mail reminding you to re-certify the listing, and it will stay posted for another 180 days.
2. If you accidentally list the cruise under the incorrect heading there is no way to change the theme heading. You must cancel the listing and re-list it under the correct heading.
3. You cannot modify any of the information in a listing, you will have to cancel the listing and re-list it. If you are unsure of how to proceed, or have questions, please use the Contact Us link to contact the Theme Cruise Finder staff.
